Two web-based psychometrics platforms developed by researchers in China

Introduction

As the first issue published by the new editorial team of CEJEME, this special issue features two articles, each with their English and Chinese language versions, introducing two free, user-friendly, web-based psychometrics platforms developed by researchers at Jiangxi Normal University, China. The first platform, named flexCDMs, performs a wide array of psychometric analyses for cognitive diagnostic tests. The second platform, named flexCAT, allows users to build their own computerized adaptive testing systems using the convenient human-computer interactive interface. We hope this special issue helps promote the exchange of cutting-edge developments between Chinese psychometric researchers and the world.
