Plagiarism and Academic Misconduct 抄袭与学术不端

The journal maintains a strict policy against plagiarism and all forms of academic misconduct, including but not limited to data fabrication, falsification, and improper citation. All submitted manuscripts may be screened for plagiarism using similarity detection software. Manuscripts found to contain significant overlap with previously published work may be rejected without review. If plagiarism or ethical misconduct is identified at any stage of the publication process, the journal will take appropriate actions, which may include rejection of the manuscript, notification to the authors’ institutions, or retraction of the published article.

本期刊对抄袭及一切形式的学术不端行为（包括但不限于数据造假、篡改及不当引用）采取严格零容忍政策。 所有投稿稿件可能会使用相似性检测软件进行查重。如发现稿件与已发表文献存在较高重复，将可能在送审前直接拒稿。如在投稿、评审或发表后的任何阶段发现抄袭或其他学术不端行为，期刊将根据具体情况采取相应措施，包括但不限于拒稿、通报作者所在机构或撤稿处理。

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Manuscript Preparation 人工智能在稿件准备中的使用

The journal permits the responsible use of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tools to support manuscript preparation under human oversight. Authors must disclose the use of AI tools through a clear declaration statement in the manuscript. AI tools cannot be listed as authors, and all authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and ethical compliance of the submitted work. In alignment with the other NCME journals, we adopt Wiley's AI guidelines for researchers. Authors are required to adhere to these guidelines and to provide disclosure in accordance with the "Disclosure and declaration of AI use" section in the guidelines.

本期刊允许在人工监督下，负责任地使用生成式人工智能（GenAI）工具以支持稿件的撰写。作者必须在稿件中通过明确的声明说明其使用人工智能工具的情况。人工智能工具不得被列为作者，且所有作者对所提交作品的准确性、原创性及伦理合规性承担全部责任。为与其他 NCME 期刊保持一致，本刊采纳 Wiley 针对研究人员的 人工智能使用指南。作者必须遵循该指南，并根据其中 “人工智能使用的披露与声明” 部分的要求进行披露。
