Open Access Policy 开放获取政策

The Chinese/English Journal of Educational Measurement and Evaluation|教育测量与评估双语期刊 (CEJEME) is a fully open-access journal.

All content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.

This is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.

本刊所有内容对读者及其所属机构永久免费开放。用户无需事先征得出版社或作者许可,即可依法对文章全文进行阅读、下载、复制、传播、打印、检索、链接,或用于任何其他合法用途。
